Meet Ninja Nicole Griffin, four-season veteran of American Ninja Warrior.
Equipped with this experience, she built Tenacity Training, the first ninja, climbing, and fitness gym in western Kentucky.
Ninja Nicole grew up rock climbing, even building a wall in the family barn. Inspired by ANW, she soon added a peg board and monkey bars.
Pieces of Nicole’s original gym live on in Tenacity, helping train the next generation of athletes.
Training
At Tenacity, training is more than a workout—it’s an empowering journey. Whether you’re scaling walls or conquering obstacles, build skills that extend beyond the gym.
Throw an unforgettable party for kids aged four and up. Choose ninja, NERF, hybrid (ninja + NERF), or climbing. Relax while our coaches provide a fun and worry-free experience.
Ninja Training combines dynamic obstacles with progressive movement to challenge agility, strength, and coordination. Inspired by American Ninja Warrior, our sessions include climbing, balancing, swinging, and jumping obstacles. It’s a fun, exciting way to challenge yourself, improve fitness, and gain new skills.
What are the age requirements?
Ninja training is available for children aged two and up. There is no minimum age for climbers. Climbers must weigh at least 35 pounds to use the auto-belays. Climbers under thirteen must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are not required for indoor climbing. Choose a day pass, five-visit pass, or monthly membership, and climb anytime the wall is open. Check the schedule for our current climbing hours.
Ninja training is available in pre-scheduled classes, camps, and competitions.
Do we need previous experience?
We welcome all ages and abilities, regardless of prior experience. Everyone can thrive in our supportive and inclusive environment.
